One, Two, Step! We only carry the best quality women’s shoes and accessories. Our selection will range from the basics of comfortable flats and sandals to the trendy style of stiletto shoes and boots. We will be purchasing from both manufacturers and sales reps in a variety sizes, colors and styles to meet the needs of our customers. Shoes will account for the largest percentage, followed by accessories.

One, Two, Step! Chloe Goodlowe is the sole proprietor of the business. One, Two, Step! will be located at 123 Shoe Lane in Houston, TX, temporarily, until it is vast enough to expand into a store of its own, located in West Houston.

The hours of operation for Monday to Friday are 10 a.m. &#8211 at 6 p.m. Saturday is 10 a.m.. &#8211 at 8 p.m. Sundays are closed. Our website and VIP Showcase Events will allow customers to order directly. There will be extended special hours designated during Christmas holiday shopping season.

All merchandise will comply with the company&#8217’s mission. For the introduction or elimination of certain brands, styles, or sizes, management will depend on customer feedback, sales reports, and suggestions from customers.

  3. Customer service is measured by repeat and new business. Our goal is for 50% of our customers to return within six months for additional purchases. We also aim to make multiple sales. 30% of non-running sales and 60% of running shoes sales will be accompanied with an additional purchase.
  4. To realize a net loss of $5,000 in year one and $15,000 the following year.
