Opportunity
Problem
Women need to be able to do their work in a space that isn’t dominated by men. Women understand why.
Solution
Ladies Only Fitness focuses on the urban professional woman, who is very active and has very little time for physical exercise. Our focus is also on young mothers who want a place that is focused on their individual needs.
Market
Mapleton is an ever-evolving city. The population has grown by 10% each year for the past three years. Mapleton’s current population is 600,000.
The most important factor behind the city’s growth is the increase in employment at high-tech firms. This has brought in a certain type of professional, which is the target market for Ladies Only Fitness. The women we are targeting are looking for a different type of fitness club experience. At Ladies Only Fitness, they will be the total focus of our staff.
Young mothers are another target group. They want a club that meets their needs while keeping their children close. Ladies Only Fitness designed the facility to make it easy for anyone who works in the main gym to see the child care center. We believe that these changes will be welcome additions that will draw new members.
Competition
We are unique because we have childcare facilities and a women-only gym. We compete against other gyms in this area, such franchises of 24-hour gym and the local downtown one.
Why Us
Ladies Only Fitness offers a competitive advantage due to the positive atmosphere it creates. In a program that is solely focused on women, women feel more relaxed and at ease. A childcare center has been designed to be easily accessible from the main work floor. Young mothers can observe their children play while they work out in the childcare center.
