Greens Manicure Service, a residential lawn-care service for suburban middle-class homeowners with larger yards, is a seasonal residential lawn service. Steve’s neighborhood has a large population of these individuals. Steve will take advantage of his relationships with the neighborhood to sign customers.

For year one Steve will have one employee in addition to himself. Steve will acquire a second vehicle and additional equipment in year two. Two new employees will be hired to complete the second work crew.

Greens Manicure Service expects to be profitable by month seven, and that it will earn profits of $10,000 by year three. From April through November, revenue activity is expected.
