Growth Management and Strategies (GMS), a new ambitious company, is trying to transform the small business consulting industry. With an experienced consultant at the helm as President, GMS intends to grow at more than 50% per year through solid customer service, a great sales plan, proven competitive strategies, and a group of people that bring dynamic energy to the company and the sales process.

This plan has a financial goal. GMS requires a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan. This document is just one step. It is also a company’s road map. The document provides a common sense of purpose for all employees, past and present, as well the owner. However, the importance of the business plan increases after it has been written, reviewed, shared, edited and edited by all.
